Newly opened hotel

Extremely helpful staff and magnificent location in the middle of jackson, everything was great. Comforts of suite were fabulous - a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and a dining area. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants, and Auburn🙂

It was a marvellous and good location for us, really close to restaurants and Auburn. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Check-in was a frustrating experience due to a lack of staff, causing delays and confusion with room assignments. I encountered issues with low water pressure , which affected my showers at various times. I noticed laundry piled outside rooms, suggesting a lack of housekeeping organization.

The check-in was chaotic and honestly beneath me, with unorganized staff struggling to find which rooms were even ready. And don't get me started on the shower, who would think low water pressure is acceptable for anyone? I thought I was special enough for an upgrade, but clearly that's too much to expect here. Disappointing, to say the least.

Recommend it for families

The rooms were like little apartments , very clean with a full kitchen. We were close to the fields for our soccer tournament and even walked to a Mexican dinner that was so good you could taste it in your dreams.

It wasn't cheap , but it was still reasonable for the space and comfort we got.

I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and took advantage of the workout options in the fitness center, both great ways to unwind. There was a bit of laundry left in common areas, but that didn't dampen my overall experience 😊

The friendly staff made check-in effortless, and the location was perfect with numerous dining options just a short walk away.

This was just a top selection for a short visit in Auburn with decent value for money. The spacious layout of the room felt comfortable, allowing my family to relax after a day exploring. Make sure to check out the nearby restaurants for some great dining options.

The rooms here come with a fold-out couch and a mini kitchen that includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. the location is excellent, especially for my needs. 👍.

The Queen Suite was spacious and had a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Loved the separate living area with a sofa and tv. The fitness centre was a nice touch. The bathroom had free toiletries and a nice shower. Easy access to restaurants nearby.

Cleanliness in the shower could be improved.

The location of this place was fantastic, right in the heart of the area. Plus, you could easily walk to a large public park nearby. 🌳.
